Meet the Little Tinkers Team
Care at Little Tinkers is delivered by a small team throughout the week. Here's a little bit more information about us all.
Hi! I'm Rebecca and I am mum of two lovely girls. I founded Little Tinkers in 2011, after having my youngest daughter. I'm Level 3 qualified, designated safeguarding lead trained, have a paediatric first aid certificate (and also completed a youth mental health first aid and Level 2 in understanding children's mental health), and am certificated in Baby Sign and Level 2 food hygiene too.

My name is Matt (Rebecca's husband) and I've been part of Little Tinkers since 2014. I'm Level 3 qualified, designated safeguarding lead trained, have a paediatric first aid certificate and am certificated in Baby Sign, Level 2 food hygiene and Team Teach.

I'm Bethan and I've been the full time Little Tinkers Nursery Manager since it opened in 2019. I'm Level 3 qualified (currently finishing my Level 5 in Management), designated safeguarding lead trained, SENDCO, have a paediatric first aid certificate (and also completed a youth mental health first aid accreditation), and am certificated in Baby Sign, Boogie Babes and Level 2 food hygiene.

My name's Becky and I joined Little Tinkers full time in 2021. I've now progressed to Deputy Manager, based in Pre-School. I'm Level 3 qualified, with an additional Level 3 in Early Years SENCO too. I hold a paediatric first aid certificate, am trained up to designated lead level in safeguarding as well as being Level 2 food hygiene and WellComm certified.

I'm Janine and I joined Little Tinkers in 2019. I am the Room Leader for the Under 2s room. I'm Level 3 qualified as well as having Baby Sign, Pyjama Drama and WellComm accreditations. I also have a paediatric first aid certificate and am trained up to designated lead level in safeguarding.

I'm Roshini and I've been part of the Little Tinkers team since 2021, working full time as the Over 2s Room Leader. I'm Level 3 qualified, as well as holding a paediatric first aid certificate and am trained up to designated lead level in safeguarding. I have also undertaken specialist training in behaviour management. I am WellComm certified.
