Here's a selection of reasons why we stand out from the crowd...

"Teaching is of a high quality."
"Children are highly motivated to learn and enjoy sharing their accomplishments"
"collaborative working helps to build children's self-esteem and confidence."
"Effective partnership with parents promotes continuity in children's learning"

We take the safety of everyone in our Little Tinkers community incredibly seriously and have installed both an on-site defibrillator, and a LifeVac anti-choking device. This ensures immediate access to life-saving equipment, should the need ever arise.
We recognise that parents who've had a rainbow child after suffering loss can be understandably anxious. As such, our management team and Room Leaders have all undertaken training in infant loss to provide you with the ongoing reassurance you may need as you access childcare.
Emotional wellbeing sits at the heart of our nursery, especially after the pandemic. Our management team have undertaken Mental Health First Aid training, and a number of our team are also qualified in youth mental health, to help ensure that our Little Tinkers family remain happy and settled. This sits alongside our EAP wellbeing offering for our nursery team.
Little Tinkers have been awarded the Tooth Safe Gold Award. Our entire team have undertaken extensive Oral Health training, understand how this impacts Early Years, and the nursery operates with this in mind.
